Gold Ball Turnip

(B. rapa)  Smooth yellow skin and golden flesh. A true turnip, best planted in late June or July when grown for storage. Gold Ball Turnip is an excellent keeper, and when picked young at 3″ they’re a tender and sweet salad turnip. Farm favourite!
