Pascal Celery is a great old variety, considered the precursor to modern celery and easy to grow in the home garden. Mild celery flavoured leaves and crisp stalks can be harvested one at a time or cut whole plants to use in all your recipes. Before a hard frost in the fall, we cut all the plants, chop them, and freeze them for winter use.
