Skorospelka Sunchokes

(Helianthus tuberosus) AKA Jerusalem Artichoke. A relic of Soviet-era breeding, Skorospelka Sunchokes are another sunchoke standout, producing neat clumps of smooth tubers. Red skinned with tan flesh. Dormant tubers are shipped after our nursery bed thaws enough to dig (usually in April). Price per pound. Planting Instructions included!
