It has since become exceedingly rare and in demand; once you try it, you’ll love it! Rind colours vary in this variety from traditional creamy yellow to stripes and spotty greenish colours, but all the flesh has delectable spaghetti strings and sweet, nutty flavour that can’t be beat.
