Description
This lovely and hardy garlic is a true softneck – great for braiding! We call it Harmony after the farm we got it from over 15 years ago – they had lost track of the variety name, but it’s most likely Polish Red as far as we can tell. Not only winter-hardy for our growing zone, it is the longest storing variety in our garlic collection. Averaging 12 cloves per head, but we only plant the largest outer cloves for maximum bulb size.
