(Brassica rapa) An upright and easy to grow bok choy – the best open pollinated variety we’ve ever grown! Quick to mature and slow to bolt yet very cold hardy. Long, succulent stems are perfect for stir-fries and kimchi; the young tender leaves make a great addition to salads.
