We picked up seeds for this unique Quebecois heirloom from Seeds of Diversity at a Seedy Saturday – I was intrigued by the description of a creamy white slicer. And it didn’t disappoint! Truly a mini-beefsteak, Beaute Blanche du Canada boasts very early ripening & prolific production – clearly adapted for short seasons. The colour is striking and the flavour is mild & almost savoury, you’re sure to fall in love with it! Indeterminate.
