Late season but very high yielding. Light yellow flesh and golden skin, long tubers shaped like bananas. This fingerling excels as a boiled potato but we enjoy it fried and roasted as well! A popular heirloom originating in northeastern Europe.
Seed potatoes ship in the spring when the potential for a hard freeze during transit in the mail is over – for us this is mid-April or so. Please specify at checkout if you request a delay in shipment (until mid-May at the latest). $9 per pound.
