Miyashige Daikon Radish

A rare open pollinated daikon! We love Miyashige Daikon Radish in lacto-fermented kimchi or shredded raw in salads. Stores well over the winter. Wait to plant these (and any storage radish for that matter) until early July- planted any earlier they will bolt and never size up.
