(B. napus) a.k.a. Red Siberian Kale. Tender and mild, oak shaped leaves, Red Russian Kale has dusky grey-green with red stems. One of the finest for baby leaves and lovely in salads. We’ve been working with our strain to increase its winter hardiness.
