Description
(Pole Bean) The classic runner bean, which is botanically a different species that the other pole beans. A perennial in its native Central America, here it grows vigorously with continuous showy red blooms until killed by frost. The flowers are especially loved by hummingbirds – if that’s not enough, the young pods are delicious as snap beans and the mature seeds can be cooked like dry beans.
Approx. 15 seeds per packet.
