Description
These seeds come from our favourite rhubarb we’ve ever tasted! It’s a heritage variety that we found growing locally by a very old homestead – it wowed us with very long, mild flavoured, and juicy stems. While rhubarb seeds don’t grow “true-to-type”, meaning each seedling will be unique, it can be well worth the effort. Seeds are encased in a paper-like shell; soak your seeds in water for a couple of hours before planting to speed germination (within 2 weeks). You should be able to begin harvesting from seed grown rhubarb in 2 years. Approx 40 seeds per packet.
