Stampede Sunchokes

(Helianthus tuberosus) AKA Jerusalem Artichoke. Arguably the highest yielding sunchoke variety out there! Stampede sunchokes are certainly the most impressive we’ve ever grown, with plump white tubers growing primarily in a nice clump where the previous growth’s stalk is. Extremely productive and easy to work with in the kitchen. Dormant tubers are shipped after our nursery bed thaws enough to dig (usually in April). Price per pound.  Planting Instructions included!
