1 plant per pot. This is an improved strain of the Italian heirloom with luscious flavour. Longer and thinner than Roma, with a pointed end, little juice, and very few seeds. Indeterminate and later ripening- but well worth the wait! The famous Italian sauce tomato. It dates back to at least the 1770s when this variety was grown in the village of San Marzano, near Mt. Vesuvius. Indeterminate.
