All plants are for local pickup at our farm only in 2020. Transplants are grown from seeds produced on our farm, in certified organic potting mix blended with locally produced Bear Cove Resources Storm-cast Composted Seaweed.
Celery, kale and chard transplants will be available for pickup starting in mid May.
4 plants per pot. A great old variety, considered the precursor to modern celery and easy to grow in the home garden. Mild celery flavoured leaves and crisp stalks can be harvested one at a time or cut whole plants to use in all your recipes. Before a hard frost in the fall, we cut all the plants, chop them, and freeze them for winter use.
