All plants are for local pickup at our farm only in 2020. Transplants are grown from seeds produced on our farm, in certified organic potting mix blended with locally produced Bear Cove Resources Storm-cast Composted Seaweed.
Cucumber and melon transplants will be available for pickup starting in late May.
2 to 4 plants per pot. An heirloom classic from Maine. Excellent dual purpose cucumber: stays sweet even when overripe for fresh eating and makes the perfect vinegar pickle when picked young! Fruits are on the small side, 4-6” and tan colored, turning plump and yellow as they ripen. A farm favourite!
